Shift Leader:

Candy Mountain Creamery is currently looking for friendly and reliable member for our team as a Shift Leader. You must be able to handle multi-tasking and a sometimes busy atmosphere when needed. We want our customers to walk in and see a staff with a smile on their face and a good attitude. Previous experience is necessary. We offer competitive pay and are flexible with scheduling. Responsibilities:
- Serve the highest quality ice cream, coffee, and food to customers
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Be able to greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile, stay calm while under pressure
- Communicate to management any needs or issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the establishment
- Assist in opening and closing procedures as required

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the culinary, restaurant, or retail industry is helpful
- Proficiency in cash handling, cash register operation, and retail math
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with customers and team members effectively
